International Undergraduates
Normally about 25% of our undergraduate students, and a larger proportion of our postgraduate students, come to study here from outside the United Kingdom. Magdalene is a relatively small college and is renowned for its warm and friendly atmosphere.
New international students are invited to arrive in College a few days earlier than other students at the beginning of their first year so that they can meet other international freshers and have time to settle and sort out all the practicalities of moving to the UK before the main freshers events get underway.
We have put together an additional set of Frequently Asked Questions especially relevant for applicants from outside the UK. If you can't find the information you require there, please feel free to contact the Academic Office and we will do our best to help.
